Lyonnesse Rabbitry
About Me
My name is Jamie Loncar located in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
Lyonnesse rabbitry was started in March 2007. It was at a time in my life that I needed distraction from worry as my son Dylan a Marine was serving his second tour in Iraq. Prayers and the rabbits got me through those times.
I currently work with Black, Pointed White , Tort and Ruby eyed white lionheads. Also Breeding and showing in the highly completive Mini Rex breed with excellent stock from Higher Ground Farm, Minnowlake, Maximus. Specializing in Chocolate.
Also partnered with Breanna my granddaughter is Cadbury Castle featuring American Cavies in Black. And rabbit breed the "Eye of the Fancy" the Dwarf Hotot.

The Trevelyan family of Cornwall takes its coat of arms from a local legend; "when Lyonnesse sank beneath the waves only a man named Trevelyan escaped by riding a white horse." To this day the family's shield bears a white horse rising from the waves.

Lyonnesse the legendary city of Lions lost land of King Arthur sank beneath the sea. Lyonnesse was the site of the final battle between Arthur and Mordred, and the final resting place of King Arthur himself.
One of the signs of King Arthur's return will be that Lyonnesse will rise from the depths again. A rewarding challenge having produced several grand champion winning rabbits Lyonnesse shall rise again!
